Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy

Late Arrivals:
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled.

​

No-Shows:
Any missed appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. A fee of 50% of the service will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking (applicable to permanent makeup services only).

After two unnotified absences, you will no longer be permitted to book appointments with Sereni.Tee.
